Economical Tax SW that handled all my tax issues

My only issue was entering the install code. I copy/pasted the code, but it did not work. After several attempts, I entered it manually and it worked. The issue appeared to be the hyphen in the code. The software was not robust enough to handle the many possible ways the user might choose to enter it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Why don't you put an AI program together for the government so the government can do everybody's tax form, send it out and have it either approved or changed like they do in Canada. I wish one company would show it's not all about their money. You should be able to make money if you do the AI program and keep it up

I would give it a five star, but we’ve been rejected 4 times because my wife received a letter from the IRS last year, giving her a six digit PIN. But at the end, before electronically sending it to the IRS, the program only asks for a five digit PIN. I did do an online chat and was towed to change and make me the administrator which I did and that did not change anything. So I’ve got one more try electronically and then I would have to mail it in.
