Missing a key feature

Somehow this software does not allow you to input a credit for purchasing an electric vehicle on your state return. That's asinine given how many people are buying electric cars. We had to call and speak to three different people before someone could finally tell us that this was the case.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Adequate tax prep software

I've used this software in the past but was disappointed this time because I couldn't find a worksheet or form for the tax calculation. The tax calculated was less than I expected which is good, but I could not find where it was calculated. I finally had to go to the IRS website and use the 1040 instructions to calculate the same number that the software did. Did not inspire confidence and I had to spend an extra hour completing a pretty straightforward filing.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
