The software worked well. One prominent drawback is the issue with downloaded stock brokerage 1099 forms which created many errors requiring attention. Otherwise the software is fairly user friendly. Thanks.

I had a hard time going back when I changed my mind on some answers. I could not get the question back again. I used the go to button to try to get to the direct deposit information fill in my bank information. Could not get there. Verification results would not let me fix the problem and clear it out. Difficult to navigate without trying a dozen ways to get to something. If something is on a return I should be able to go to it directly
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Product seems to have worked fine, Help is poor

As all ways product seems to work well, but help support is just a joke. No humans, no chats, no answers to questions, help actually tries to send you to some Pay Help site for gas and diesel engines. Did it multiple times. I have one data verification error, which someone asked and were told these errors do not need to be fixed, which makes no sense. Appeared mine was due to RMD, first time, looked to me they never really asked out much my RMD actually was, they seemed to be stumbling over lines 53b and 54B, 53B had 0 and 54B had actual amount. This was disappointing, and I did not like filing with it that way. Put it filed. Waiting on results. Also ask several times for my state in places, but Tennessee, was never in drop downs. Tenn has no State Tax, and I bought no state option, maybe that had something to do with it not being in drop downs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
