Inadequate Help"

I was able to use the software to prepare the necessary forms for Federal and Pennsylvania returns, but wasn't permitted to submit them as e-files. The software wanted me to include a PDF of a form that I couldn't locate. I tried your automated Chat; it was completely useless. It eventually transferred me to an allegedly live, intelligent agent. He/she/it was courteous but of no help. He/she/it put me on hold for far too long; eventually we were disconnected. I jury rigged a work-around to get permission to continue. I eventually got both returns submitted, then ran into problems locating the 1040-ES vouchers and the Pennsylvania underpayment voucher. I had another attempt at "Help". Eventually the automated system gave up and promised to transfer me to a live agent. I am still waiting. I would recommend the software to a friend with the caveat -- cross your fingers and hope you don't encounter any difficulties.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
