Seemed much improved over last year. It was easier to follow and the explanations seemed easier to understand. The only issue I had was when filing. I printed my 1049 and then, when I went back to the form to E-file, I seemed to miss the final step. If I had not checked a week later, I would not have realized that I had not completed the process. When I went back I was able to go over the entire filing process again, this time, not printing the form and finishing the filing was a snap. At my age, (81) I need some very clear and orderly steps to follow.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

This is an okay package but can be difficult

I have use this package for years and generally are satisfied. However, the accuracy review can be terribly confusing.
This year the accuracy review kept highlighting state taxes paid. So, when I entered that, showing it on a line for the W2, it calculated my state refund/owe incorrectly. Apparently, it added the value to what was already in my W2. Frankly, this is an awful feature. I plan on staying with this software, but if it happens again, I will look at other options. Clearly, this is a bug.
