Not well organized on going from one area to specific phases of the forms. The tax on Required Minimum Withdrawal on annuity was not explained & option to have IRS forgive the tax was with out any support as the approaches impact on IRS filing. The timing for paper filing and late fees had no information.’
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As far as the software I have no issues whatsoever. What I have an issue with is the IRS tells you if you e-file and request a direct deposit you generally get your refund in your account within 21 days. I have been religiously for over 2 weeks and still no refund. The government just love to hold on to your money
