This product met our needs wonderfully. The data flow was easy to follow, well explained. Had an issue at the start where I messed up saving the file and customer care bailed me out very professionally. Long preparation time (4 hours) due to my clumsy computer skills, not the product.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

my tax status has not changed in several years except for minor income changes however for some reason the questions are becoming incomprehensible, language, format etc. further you are unreachable for clarification.
