Aweful waste of money.

This software is very hard to use. I am 75 years old and it kept adding my rmd incorrectly. Kept saying I had a penalty I do not have a penalty. Disappointed!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The install requires an admin user, which is not unusual, but activation seems to be possible ONLY FOR THAT SAME ADMIN USER. That would be fine, except that the "Activate now" button just fails silently. No authentication dialog like the installer. No error message. Nothing. This is amateurish in the extreme. Also your chat support is nothing but a time-waster. Your phone support is friendly and keen to help, but this obvious issue is not familiar to them. Terrible out-of-the-box experience.

Cannot file federal online. IRS keeps shooting back to me, will not accept pin that is sent by the IRS. This is the 3rd year this has happened. Will not buy again.

I happily used your software for many years... Not this year - it told me not to override the blank 2023 AGI because you have it... but you did not and the IRS rejected my return...

Been using your software for 20+ years. Could not resolve a problem after 5 attempts to e-file. Went to your FAQs and IRS FAQs and could not find a solution. Ended up mailing in return rather than e-filing. Will let IRS tell me what might be wrong and resolve problem thru them.
