I’ve been using this for years and it’s been easy to use. Never had to re-enter our info because the import from previous years was almost automatic. So many updates bothered me a little. Seemed like every time I opened it there was an update needed. It took several sittings to get through it all the way to actually filing. Not sure it’s worth the ever increasing cost as my wife and I are both retired now with the house paid off. Pretty sure I can handle that myself.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have used H&R Block tax program for several years now. It’s easy to use and guides me through the different steps. I often find things I’ve overlooked by following the steps in the program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
