I gave 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. This was the worst experience I have ever had with your software. I have used your software to file my taxes for the past six years. This year, I purchased your software and completed my taxes, but I kept receiving messages indicating that my AGI was incorrect, which it was not. I was unable to move past this window. There is no way to get help when you are stuck; there is no phone number, chat, or anything. I was able to file with TurboTax,, and because of this experience, I will no longer use HR Block tax software.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software automatically entered the wrong AGI for 2023 as I was trying to file. This caused undue delay and rejection of my filing twice.
