Very happy with overall service, but some questions seemed too intrusive compared to other tax prep software. Particularly didn't like having to enter bank account numbers to just file my taxes. Other programs don't require that, I hear.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare

The basic product works fine for general filing, however, there is no warning that using the form for losses in excess of insurance costs are no longer valid unless caused by a declared government statement. I should have been warned not to use this form. The program still continued to let me fill out the form which was a total waste of time. Error trapping would have been a big help.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
