How can a product like this get worse over the years??? Garbage.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product was a little less user friendly than Turbo Tax, but TurboTax has become ridiculously expensive for simple returns. I thought this was a GOOD value for the price.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

It works pretty well, but somehow the software got stuck on "EXTENSION" and it says I have not filed. I did electronically file with this software and it worked. I have the confirmation that it was accepted by the IRS in my email. So I am not sure why it returned to EXTENSION in my file when I go to look at status.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
