The surprise state filing fee at the end is a rip-off. You have to agree to terms and conditions to submit this review.

This year with many a change .... went well -- no problem putting the work on hold for a day or three ! Able to down load files to the hard drive and save on local desktop. --AND-- was able to file early for TxYr-2025.

Extremely disappointed with HR. I was not able once to talk to anyone. My emails were acknowledged but Never answered. I have used HR for many years but this lack of care makes me angry.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fairly priced. Easy to use for what my basic tax needs are. Allowing multple returns to be filed with same subscription made it an easy choice over other online filing alternatives

This software was easy to use. One thing I noticed, however, was that the check box on the 1040 indicating if your main home was in the US at least half the year was unchecked. I don't recall any question in the software about that. I did receive my refund, however.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Added W2 which I did not have - lots of problems now filing amended etc - Will definitely go back to Turbotax
