never had an issue all the years i have used it until this year. It kept saying needed to go back fix something I go back and it would not let me make necessary changes. Acted like i had retirement income with no amounts plus a 1099 i didn't have. spent few hours getting through it. Really Glitchy, not so sure I will use it again.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block software for several years. This year I had issues because for some reason the program didn’t pick up taxes paid on investment income even though it was on the correct line. I had to send an amended tax form which the program took me through.
Pros: Easy to prepare
