Something new and fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this set to my two sons and let them start building right away. The instructions were easy to follow, if you are accustomed to putting Lego sets together. My younger son absolutely loves the fact that it makes sounds and is interactive. Definitely making something that has been around since I was a kid, new and relevant in this new and technology driven era.

Really cool technology with the smart bricks

Technology is a very cool and need addition to this set. It didn’t take us too terribly long to get it built and put together, and I really like the fact that it comes with two smart bricks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pieces and parts are all separated so it's quite easy to figure out what part to build first instead of trying to guess how exactly to put it together. It's very time consuming but with how organized it was, it was a piece of cake to put together! The Legos are good quality and fairly strong, making it sit up on the shelf easily and not having to worry about it coming apart when moving it around! The sound effects aren't too loud but enough to be heard when the kids play with it.

Very cool set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super fun to put together. Took a couple of hours. Great Lego set with a bunch of moving parts which i think is really cool. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I couldn't get the smart bricks to charge.

We're sorry to hear that! Here's a couple tips, but if you continue to have trouble give us a call at LEGO.build/Service so we can help!
You'll need to 'wake' the brick up with a good shake and place it on top of the charger in the recessed area with the studs facing up. There will be a white light to show it's charging. If the brick doesn't show a green light when removed from the charger, let it charge a bit longer.

Great quality

The smart bricks are really easy to set up and I love that they charge wirelessly with the provided charger. They are easy to turn on and off and make the entire set so much more elevated. The set itself was easy to build but has a ton of playability. The lightsaber sounds with the characters really make the set a blast. The smart bricks really add something to the LEGO set and I’m really pleased with the quality and innovation overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LEGO Star Wars SMART Play Throne Room Duel and A Wing is a bold mix of classic LEGO storytelling and new technology. The build itself is detailed and satisfying, recreating the iconic throne room duel alongside a sleek A wing, with plenty of mini figurines to bring the scene to life. The SMART Play features, like the lightsaber sounds and music add a fun immersive twist that younger builders will especially love.
That said, the technology feels a bit gimmicky at times and doesn’t always elevate the experience as much as one would expect for the price. Overall, it’s a cool, interactive set with strong display and play value, but traditional LEGO fans might prefer it more for the build than the “smart” features.
