[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tie Fightet Lego set is so nice for all the Star Wars lovers out there! The smart play features really adds to the set and makes it more fun and interactive! The set is big and will take a few hours to put together. It holds your attention for a long time! The lights and sounds from the smart features are super cool! I love this set!

I just … the Darth Vader doesn’t say any Darth Vader quotes? It is beeps and whistles. I am so so disappointed.

Been a collector of Lego Star Wars for a long time. Bought a few of these new smart bricks sets even though I heard only negative and let me tell you these are garbage. Nonetheless if you need to have one this is the best one I’ve built so far. Earned a whopping 2 stars from me. Not against more play feature I am actually for it, Lego has done great play features in the past like the little elevator in the old deathstar, the little cannons on the republic gunship, malevolence, at-at, at-ap, all those great sets I enjoy, played with them hard as a kid too. This is just lame as ever, not even the iPad kids want this play experience. (I still believe in Lego, your new ashokas interceptor was solid, the new mandalorian battle pack was fantastic, the 327th clones over priced to me but worth it. Stick to what your good at)

Great set, lots of fun play features to explore. It works great as a stand-alone set or with other sets.

I bought both the Vader Tie Fighter and Luke’s -Wing smart sets. The build is solid Lego quality. My 10 year old and I enjoyed building these together. Between the two sets we now have two smart bricks. The only real issue is the inability to get more smart bricks. There are multiple applications of the smart brick but if you only have one per set you are very limited. He was disappointed in that. I did not, and will not, buy the Falcon set because there is no smart brick included in that set. Until Lego includes more bricks or allows us to purchase extra bricks I see all of these sets as very limiting and for my son, disappointing. I know this is a new product but Lego should have thought this through before.

Not worth it.

This is the cheapest entry to get a new "Smart Brick," and it sure does disappoint. The price is steep for a bad and ugly build and a new piece of Tech that, while sounding fun, is executed so poorly that it left a 6-year-old kid and me wondering what LEGO was thinking when they made it. It makes sounds, but nothing from the actual Star Wars films, which they have the license to use. The minifigures all make a goofy "arrooreerooo" sound at different pitches. But the fact that nothing, and I mean, no sound actually sounds like an actual sound from the films it disappointing. LEGO should have dropped with this with CITY or something that doesn't have a distinct set of sounds or dialogue. I cannot recommend this for kids or adults. A 6-year-old lost interest in the brick's limited capabilities within a few minutes. The product is a dud, a fun concept, but as I said, the execution is awful, and thus, the product is not worth the money.
