[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids are having fun with this one. They love the sounds it makes. It makes imagination more fun. Easy to assemble and bags of Legos numbered which helps. Comes with charger cable for the smart brick which is nice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is so much fun. I had never seen the smart brick before. It is easy to charge and use. The sounds add a really fun layer of interaction to the LEGO set. This took my 12 year old daughter around an hour and a half to build and she absolutely loves it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really impressed with this LEGO set. The Luke’s X-Wing is a classic, and this version is both fun to build and great for display. The instructions are clear, and the build kept me engaged without feeling repetitive.
My kids enjoyed helping with some parts, which made it even better. The details on the ship are solid, and it feels sturdy once completed. Overall it’s a great mix of play and collector value. Definitely worth it if you are a Star Wars fan or just enjoy quality LEGO sets.
This and the X-Men X-Jet are my son’s favorite sets. The joy he has swooshing it with the brick on is priceless. That said the cost of smart play sets leaves something to be desired.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set is perfect! From the age suggestion for building, to the interactive smart play, to the features every figure has, this Lego set is perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the Lego Smart Play Luke's Red Five X-wing 75423 581 piece set to try out. The Smart Play feature aims to increase interaction. It does this through the one included Smart brick. The Smart brick allows for motion-activated noises based on your Play. The sound quality and motion activated noises sounded good. The build went well and was as expected from Lego. They did miss the mark however in regards to the pricing. For what you are actually getting in these sets I would havr a hard time justifying purchasing more. Smart Play is a cool feature but it needs to be more accessible to their targeted market.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently built the LEGO Star Wars X-Wing set, and it was such a fun and engaging experience from start to finish. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the process smooth and enjoyable, even for younger builders. The pieces felt high-quality and durable, with every part fitting together perfectly without any frustration.
One of the highlights for me was the level of detail in the design. It really captures the look and feel of the X-Wing, making it feel special and authentic once completed. Beyond just being a fantastic display piece, the set also offers a great play experience. The interactive elements keep it interesting, encouraging creativity and imaginative play.
Overall, this LEGO set strikes the perfect balance between building challenge and play value. Whether you’re a long-time Star Wars fan or simply love LEGO, I can confidently say this set is absolutely worth it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first smart brick purchase, but it definitely won’t be the last.
I believe Lego really challenge themselves by not only making a major change to a beloved product, but also overlapping with another sometimes rigid fan base in making Star Wars sets. Smartbricks are cool though! More importantly, my seven-year-old is totally delighted.
Sound effects are good and clear. There are a lot of different options for how you play with it, especially if you’re someone like us who already has a decent Star Wars Lego collection.. I’m excited for Legos future.
