SO FUN

I disagree with all of the negative reviews! As an avid lego builder, and a life long Star Wars fan/Star Wars lego fan, these are SO fun. Not everything has to be so perfect and so serious all the time. These are a GREAT start to something bigger that I’m sure lies ahead. My family is having a blast with these. If you are angry with the smart bricks, you aren’t using your imagination enough. Literally nothing is stopping you from putting them on other sets. I built my son this x-wing, but still took the bricks and put them on my full size version and it worked and was so fun! I feel like people are also not learning enough about how it works. Stop being so judgy, these are fantastic and magical for kids especially. Also. the sounds are as I would expect. Expecting clear and perfect movie quality sounds from a tiny LEGO brick is ridiculous. They are legos. I’ll be buying more for sure!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It went together very well and we my wife and I had fun seeing what the system would do. The real fun began when our 4 year old grandson found it in the play area. After a brief instruction he played with it a couple hours. It was an annoying that the charge on the smartbrick did not last as long as we would have liked and wished we had a second one to swap out. Overall we were very happy with the functionality of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a fun build! Like other sets, they are making room for Smart brick usage, and that is great. However, they are compromising some other parts of the build as a result. Either way, this is a super fun Star Wars set. All of my kids loved it

Best Smart Brick Starter Set!

So much FUN! My 7-year-old had an absolute blast building this set and has loved playing with it ever since. He was able to complete the build independently and has already figured out most of the functions on his own—which made it even more rewarding to watch.
This set includes the new Smart Brick (currently not sold separately), so if you’re considering multiple sets, be sure your first purchase includes one. It also comes with an X-Wing, Command Center, Charging Cart, Torrent, and five minifigures (two of which are “smart”).
Highly recommend this engaging and interactive LEGO set!
Update: My son discovered that the button on the back activates the shooting sound—turns out he had a piece slightly out of place. Once he fixed it, everything worked perfectly! It was such a cool moment to see the Smart Brick in action—the cause-and-effect design helped him identify the issue and problem-solve on his own. Really impressive and fun to watch!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun, detailed, and well-designed set that’s great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently built the LEGO Star Wars X-Wing set, and it was such a fun and engaging experience from start to finish. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the process smooth and enjoyable, even for younger builders. The pieces felt high-quality and durable, with every part fitting together perfectly without any frustration.
One of the highlights for me was the level of detail in the design. It really captures the look and feel of the X-Wing, making it feel special and authentic once completed. Beyond just being a fantastic display piece, the set also offers a great play experience. The interactive elements keep it interesting, encouraging creativity and imaginative play.
Overall, this LEGO set strikes the perfect balance between building challenge and play value. Whether you’re a long-time Star Wars fan or simply love LEGO, I can confidently say this set is absolutely worth it.

Lego SMART play Luke’s x-wing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time my son (a true Lego enthusiast) has built SMART play Lego. He was very excited to build the Star Wars Luke’s x wing set. The Smart brick that is included enhances the set with lights and sound. It was very cool to see how it reacted with each set! The creativity is endless with these sets.

I actually like these sets. A lot of complaints by others. The build itself, and the sounds. The build is well.. 6+. It's not going to be a collector grade set. The sounds remind me mostly of the Lego Star Wars video games. I always liked them. And these remind me exactly of those sound effects in the games. No voices, just character mumbles and grumbling. It's pretty cool. And yes I have an extensive Lego Star wars collection.
