Each sections get 20 seconds to brush, inside and out and a sound when to change sections. I would like to see a tone to change from brushing the inside of a section to the outside, maybe a shorter beep..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm amazed at how far the technology has gone into these toothbrushes and I've been a Sonicare customer for a number of years now. This is, by far, the most comprehensive toothbrushing system I've ever used. What's especially helpful is the brushing guide on the app while I'm using the toothbrush. I like that the brush breaks down the session into how well I brushed while also keeping a record of how far I've come since using it. My only complaint with using this brush is that at times, it loses connection with my cellphone. Resetting Bluetooth doesn't always work. What I do not like is that connection to the brush is done through the app and not Bluetooth itself. So far, the only solution I've found is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Another thing I'm not used to is that I don't use my cellphone in the bathroom. It's yet another device I have to use in our digital/connected world to use my toothbrush. I will adapt but at times I forget to bring my phone with me.
