Don’t like the newer version

I loved my sonicare toothbrushes over the years, but when it died, which all of mine have in about 2 years, I got the new one. I want to go back to the old one. Who cares if it flashes on the bottom and I could care less if there’s an app, I just want my teeth to be and feel clean, and I think the diamond version I had before all the flashing was better. My teeth felt cleaner.
Pros: none
Cons: my teeth fon’t feel as clean!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They keep failing after 18-24 months

I have been using Sonicare for years and the last 3 have failed on me after a year or 2. Brushing starts to get weaker and then it eventually fails. For this kind of money, I expect them to last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I will buy for my wife

I’m bought this electric toothbrush without any knowledge of electric toothbrushes I’ve always bought regular plain toothbrushes after one time of using this going to sleep waking up my mouth would fill disgusting and I would have to brush my teeth again which I normally do but after I use this product woke up in the morning and for the first time in a long time my mouth actually felt clean in the morning when I brush my teeth I tried out the application for the first time and it really helped it said I was missing in certain areas went back did it Again and my mouth has felt clean all day
Pros: cleans your mouth more then a regular toothbrush
Cons: not to great for truck drivers, no usb plug in

Off to a bad start

I just received my toothbrush today and it won't connect to use the app. I'll give it a few more days, but it seems like I'll be returning this product, since I could have purchased a way cheaper product without the bluetooth promises.
