This is a replacement for the same model that broke and was no longer under warranty. Our adult children as well as my wife and me use the same model. It is the only brush I have had where the dentist noticed a change when I started using it. I like the app which guides brushing. I believe the app taught me how to brush more thoroughly. While expensive I believe worth the investment. It makes a difference to one’s oral health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The app is not very helpful, it does not always connect properly and keep track of where the toothbrush is in my mouth. Then it tells me I didn’t brush everywhere which is not accurate. It has made me slow down and not push as hard as I was, so that is good, but it has a hard time with the coverage connection. The model that does not connect to the app will probably be the one I go back to when this one dies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
