My only slightly negative comment is that the app doesn't really show exactly where you're brushing IF you go out of order from what it's telling you to do (like if you missed an area and would like to go back to make sure you covered it well.) Also if you bend your head down to look at your phone, it doesn't register that you're brushing at all. Seems like a little thing, but it's a little aggravating if you want the app to really work to make your brushing more thorough.
Pros: amazing performance of the brush head, makes you want to brush
Cons: app is not very flexible

I've still got all my teeth at 71 - and I blame Sonicare. The different brushing regimes for different toothbrushes is a bit confusing at first . . . But I worked it out.

I like the brush itself. No complaints. I don’t get the charger glass plus base. I absolutely hate that. Doesn’t fit in my drawer, have to separate and lay sideways. I dread having to charge with this. Maybe I’m being too picky but just don’t get it. Keep it simple.

Sorry that I had to buy an additional piece for the toothbrush to stand up straight. When the toothbrush falls over, it looks sloppy, haphazard.

We have used a Sonicare for many years. This is our third unit. For us this unit is fine except that we find the app to be novel but unnecessary. For me personally, I find it downright difficult to safely prop the phone where I can see it and watch the app while brushing. I suppose a newby to Sonicare might find it helpful. When used as directed a Sonicare does a great job at improving oral health. Our dentist recommends it.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: app is difficult to deal with, very pricey

This is a great toothbrush to clean teeth and stimulate the gums. I am having problems with the brush electronics signaling me to get a new head after only 3 weeks. The heads are very expensive. The lights on the handle are confusing. I now have only 2 bars lit, not 3, and I do not know why. Visually the head looks fine, but the toothbrush wants a new one. I think they programmed it to increase their replacement head sales even though your existing head is working just fine.
Pros: dentist confirms it works great
Cons: confusing signals and lights, premature brush replacement warnings

Heads Not All Available and Application Needs Work

This is a wonderful brush and all of the attachments of high quality. The only issue is the inability to purchase the TongueCare+ head for it. Nobody online seems to have it.
The application works quite well, but highlight to white is uneven. particularly the outer upper right. You can never get that to turn white. For the most part, it is pretty accurate.
Pros: great heads with appropriate assortment
Cons: tonguecare+ unavailable for purchase
