[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't compare this toothbrush to anything recent since it's the first time I've used one in a very long time. Compared to when electric toothbrushes first came out, this is a big difference in how it cleans and provides feedback since it is a smart device. My teeth do feel cleaner and it makes the activity somewhat mindless since it notifies you when to move the brush to a different section of your teeth. So far I do like it and think it has been a great addition to keeping my teeth and gums clean.
My only gripe is that I always end up with splatter from toothpaste everywhere. I brush my teeth once without turning it on to distribute the toothpaste first, but somehow I always end up with tiny splatter on me. I try to keep my mouth closed, but it's not that easy. I can live with this, but I don't recommend brushing your teeth with this if you're wearing something nice, otherwise put a robe on to cover yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to use the app everyday. Sometimes I will brush longer than the time allotted and it will start a new cycle. For example, if the app says brush for 2 minutes only, but I want to brush for 2 minutes 30 seconds, it will log in the app as if I brushed for 2 minutes (cycle 1) and then 30 seconds (cycle 2).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It lets me know when I am applying too much pressure and it is the greatest toothbrush I have ever owned. I have used Sonicare for a very long time. I am 69 years old and have beautiful teeth with no gum issues and I owe it all to Sonicare.

This brush can really vibrate that plaque and tartar right off your teeth. I like how the App keeps track of my brushing sessions- scrubbing and pressure- as well as the condition of the brush head. It actually helps make me more aware of my dental health!
