This toothbrush is outstanding!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this toothbrush to anyone. It works great. It let's you know if you are putting too much pressure, or moving it too rapidly. My favorite part of it is the various intensities for the different settings; the older model didn't have this. It is very useful for those that need sensitive, or more intensity, across the board; so you can choose you intensity and then choose your brushing setting separately, which I really like.
There are only a few reasons I cannot give this a 5 star- which maybe seen as nit-picking. I find the app frustrating. The toothbrush doesn't always connect, so you can be ready to brush and it wants you to turn it off and put it back on the holder, and start all over. Meanwhile its covered in paste and dripping with water and in your mouth. I've quit trying to the app. Also, to have to have your phone with you and app on for it to track the brushing details. Thats annoying. Also because its a "smart" brush I had to contact the web chat for help directly out of the box because of some things the directions didn't explain. The last thing that could use some work is the light on the very bottom of the toothbrush that lights up due to too much pressure. That is a great feature! However, if you are not standing in front of a mirror, or brushing in the dark, you won't notice it. It'd be great if the whole toothbrush lit up, or more of the bottom half instead of just the very bottom. I also didn't like that the case does not have charging capability.

Great electric toothbrush

My mouth feels cleaner and I have reversed any gum issues I had.
Also very easy to use and charge and the APP is so helpful.

Best Toothbrush I Have EVER OWNED!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about the toothbrush, I bought 3 of these, 1 for me, 1 for my wife and 1 for my daughter, Now my son in law wants one, I guess maybe I will get one for a Christmas gift. I haven't been to the dentist yet but im sure hes going to be pleased! After using this the first time and everytime it makes you feel like you have been to the dentist!

Best brush on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Sonicare toothbrushes for over 15 years now, and by far this is the best ever. No other electric toothbrush comes close. The app is amazing and really helps to see how I brush and what I've missed. The only con is the battery on my brush doesn't seem to last for 2 weeks. I'm not sure if it's because I use it too often.

Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The power button is hard to use. With the head in my mouth, I try to turn it on. It rarely works. I have to use my other hand to turn it on, moving my finger around to make it work. Also, I thought it was supposed to make a different sound when it was on the whitening mode, couldn't tell any difference. On the plus side, I think I do see some difference in the whiteness .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
