[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handle stopped connecting to app within a week of having it. Philips sent me the 9500 version and now no problems.

Hi Jen,
thank you for leaving this review. We're so sorry to hear that your brand new Sonicare won't hold its charge, we can imagine how disappointing this has been. We recommend making sure that the charger isn't on or near any metal surfaces or other chargers, as this may interfere with the charge sometimes. We also recommend fully charging the device for 24 hours, and seeing whether that makes a difference. If you see that the issue still persists, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (https://bit.ly/3yBQ1qb) and Twitter (https://bit.ly/3g2fXmw). Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my toothbrush, but would love it even more if it wasn’t dying after just 2 days. I’ve only had this toothbrush for 2 months and it’s starting to become a problem.

Hi,
Thank you for leaving this review. We regret to hear that you're facing an issue with the battery life of your new DiamondClean, we can imagine this is pretty disappointing.
We recommend charging your toothbrush for 24 hours without interruptions, to ensure that it is fully charged. While doing this, please make sure that the device is placed correctly in the charger and that the charger itself is placed away from any metal surfaces or other chargers (these may sometimes interfere). Please also make sure that you have the latest firmware installed on your toothbrush handle, as any updates can improve charging capability. You may follow these steps to check this: 1. Open the Philips Sonicare app 2. Tap on the menu icon in the top left corner 3. Go to 'My Products' 4. Select your toothbrush 5. Select 'Handle update' to see if any updates are available
If this doesn’t improve your experience, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (https://bit.ly/3yBQ1qb) and Twitter (https://bit.ly/3g2fXmw). Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.

Old sonicare toothbrush lasted 5 years. The new one lasted only 7 months before it stopped working completely. Not just a dud either as my SO has the same toothbrush and his only holds a charge for 5 days. The old toothbrush held a charge much longer. Not worth the extra money and hassle

Hi Hilz,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Rest assured, we’re here to help you. We suggest you try a few possible causes and solutions to see if you can fix the issue. Toothpaste residue can build up around the power button. The residue is causing the power button to get stuck and not turn on. We recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. You can always leave your toothbrush on the charger to avoid this from happening again. We recommend charging the toothbrush by using the original charger that came with your toothbrush. Ensure the charger is not placed on a metal surface or near other chargers, as this may cause interference while charging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instead of the normal 4 beeps to switch section now it has 6. Difficult to keep up with when to switch to a different section. The last brush shaft came off. Hope this shaft stays on.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Rest assured we’re here to help you. We suggest you try a few possible causes and solutions to see if you can fix the issue.
We would like to let you know that the DiamondClean Smart toothbrush has 5 brushing modes and 3 intensity levels. When using the toothbrush, it will beep twice every 30 seconds to prompt you to move on to the next intensity. After two minutes of brushing, the toothbrush will automatically switch off to indicate that you have brushed for the recommended two minutes. Please ensure that you are using the brush heads that are specifically designed for your toothbrush model. It is possible that the brush head may not be securely fastened to the shaft, which can cause it to come off during brushing. Make sure to firmly press the brush head onto the shaft until it clicks into place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My DiamondClean Smart 9300 HX9903/01 Sonic electric toothbrush with the app is an excellent product! I never used an electronic toothbrush until now and it definitely makes a difference in the maintenance of my teeth. I recommend it to all who never used an electronic toothbrush to start today. IT WILL MAKE YOU SMILE!!!!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed my warranty is still good on my old one filed a claim cause it doesn’t work and never heard back They were supposed to send a replacement. Sad Philips doesn’t honor their warranties

Good Performance, Poor lifespan.

I began using my brush on January 8, 2023. As of Saturday, November 11, 2023, the brush no longer cleans correctly. I have tried new brush heads, leaving it on the charger for extended times, etc. There is excess vibration on the handheld part and not enough on the brush head. This is what happened to my last one, but it took much longer than 11 months to fail.
