This product has a few issues losing its connection to my phone.

Overall I enjoyed the new toothbrush. Issue is I have the app open and ready on the phone when I pick up the brush. The lights turn on but there’s no connection to the app. I checked Bluetooth and it says it’s connected, but the app is not recognizing it. Because of this I don’t want to waste time in the morning trying to get the toothbrush to connect, so I lose records. Great when it works, but a little expensive for it not to work 100% percent.
Pros: does a great job of cleaning, battery life, like the option of auto ordering brush heads
Cons: connectivity issues

The electric toothbrush leaves your teeth feeling like you left the dentist office after a cleaning! Great product and the app is easy to use. Cleans better than the less expensive Sonicare. You can feel the difference!
Pros: teeth are clean and feel amazing after brushing.
Cons: the battery doesn’t hold a charge very long

Great Tooth Brush, immediate results noticed

I have been using my diamond clean smart Sonicare toothbrush for about 2 weeks now, and I am very happy with it. Let me start by saying that I did receive a free sample product for use prior to writing this review.
It has a ton of bells and whistles, some of which are great, and some of which you can use if you choose, or might be far more than you are looking for in an electric tooth brush.
If you are new to Sonicare or to electrical brushes it will take a few days to get used to the intensity of the brush, and learning to not launch your toothpaste across the bathroom when you turn it on.
Several of the features that I like are the app. It has many unique features that can be very helpful if you choose to use it.
I also like that the timing is different in the zones of your mouth according to what you are trying to achieve, whether it is whitening or gum health. Again, you don’t need to follow the recommended timings but following the recommendations will improve your brushing effectiveness.
I like that the unit detects the brush heads and matches the intensity to the brush head, but that you can change the intensity according to your comfort level. I also like that it indicates when I need a new brush head. I have had Sonicare tooth brushes in the past, and I was never quite sure when I needed to replace the brush heads. The brush heads are a little on the expensive side but I think they will be worth the cost based on the differences in my dental appearance and health that I noticed.
The intensity ring light is very helpful, and where it is located is brilliant, I can see in the bathroom mirror if I am brushing too hard or not. I do not always sense the change in the brush intensity or the sound change, so I like this feature, but I need to make sure I brush in front of the mirror to fully appreciate it.
I love the travel case, I am sure that my unit will be protected when I travel with it, although the USB aspect was a little confusing.
There are a couple of things that I didn’t particularly like about the unit.
The manual was a little hard to follow, for example, I couldn’t readily tell if my unit had a USB charger or not, even after looking at the box, I had to get the model number off the unit and carefully examine the case to see that my unit did not have this feature. I do think it’s a great Idea as I travel a lot for my job and would love to always take my brush with me when I am away for more than a few days.

It was a little difficult to tell which brush head was for what. Perhaps the brush head name could be printed on the brush?
The battery indicator is nice but when it starts blinking I am not sure if that means charge now, or you have one or two brushings left. The worst is when it dies mid brushing, but that is the same with any battery-operated device. The battery life has not been what I expected. With a 24 hour charge I would have gotten according to the instructions about a 14 day charge. I had to recharge the brush after 5 days of using it twice a day. As much as I like the fact that the brush charges in the cup, reducing the amount of stuff I need to keep on my bathroom sink, I am not certain that the inductive type of charge works well. My bathroom is a very busy place, and the brush is constantly moving in the glass and I am not sure it always has enough contact to charge. Also I try to keep the cup clean and dry after each use, but it often gets dirty and I am not sure how this affects the charge.
Another concern with the unit is that I have very large hands, and the unit just didn’t seem to fit. I was also afraid of dropping the unit, as it seemed like it would probably cause damage. Perhaps rubberized grips or a clear indication on how and where to hold the unit would be very helpful and may quell some concerns of droppage. I also asked a family member with really small hands to hold the unit and she wasn’t quite sure where the best place to hold it was. Both of our fingers gravitated to the buttons. I found myself inadvertently changing intensity and shutting the unit off by mistake.
All in all, I was impressed by the diamond clean smart. After using it for a few days I could sense the difference in my teeth, I could feel the difference in the cleanliness vs my current electric brush and brushing by hand. My teeth were visibly whiter and there was an immediate improvement in my gum health.
I would recommend the unit to anyone who wanted to upgrade an existing Sonicare or go from a manual brush to an electric brush.
Pros: features, design, effectiveness
Cons: battery life, lack of usb charger, grip / shape a little awkward

I love the product and the app really does help you learn to brush your teeth appropriately. The different brush heads are good for diversity. My only problem is using the app to continue to brush in the long term. It becomes arduous holding the phone while brushing your teeth and splashing toothpaste on your phone. Definitely recommend this apparatus, but not the app in the long term. Plus it penalizes you when you travel and take your portable toothbrush with you instead of the bulky at home set up.
Pros: teaches good brushing technique., teeth look and feel clean and bright.
Cons: using the app over time becomes arduous.

I have purchased many of your toothbrushes. Every single one has died around the two year mark days after the warranty has expired. It frustrates me to no end! Your customer service has been helpful no problems there. When the product works it is great.

This tooth brush is the best!

One of the best electric tooth brushes I have ever had. I’ve had it for a few years now and it still works like a charm. I love that I can connect to my phone and monitor my progress. Its great for checking watch spots with the dentist so I’m always getting the best clean possible. I love the different brush head attachments that are available to me and the subscription so I always have a new one ready every 3 months! I am also writing this review for a chance at the Sonicare Prestige Sweepstakes.

Love this toothbrush!

This is the first time I have used an electric toothbrush, but I have to say that the from the first time to now my teeth and mouth just feel so clean and much better than my old hand held toothbrush. One thing that I find is not easy to use is the app. I thought the app would pickup the dats esch time I brush so that I can see the areas that I might have missed. I noticed it did the first time but has not connected the other times. I did have to have the phone next to me in order for it to tell me the areas I should brush. It also had a count down timer, and tips like slow down. Although, the app doesn’t work as much as I wanted it to, I didn’t buy the brush for its app. Overall, its a great toothbrush. It comes with a travel case, i thought it was supposed to be a charging case but it’s not but that’s ok.
