I really love this product and it's true that my teeth have never been cleaner! It was purchased to replace an older Sonicare Electric Toothbrush that finally stopped working after providing years of service. However, THIS DiamondClean Smart 9300 (in pink!) works so much better.
For the most part, I am very happy with its performance, but am not totally impressed with the app and the way that the product interacts with it. The application is a GREAT idea, and works modestly well - it IS helpful. It is not totally accurate, however.
It does not read where in the mouth you are, and if you want to deviate (in any way) from the prescribed 'journey' through the toothbrushing set, it does not catch the deviation. Also, there have been many times that I have brushed and it doesn't record it. I don't always want to use the app to brush, and those times are 'hit and miss' as to whether the app reads it.
Having said that, it is still the BEST electric toothbrush ever. Those are mildly irritating annoyances only. The charge lasts SO long, it is pretty (in pink!), and I love it! 4 1/2 stars!
I have been using Sonicare for the last 16years and I will never try something else. Pleasantly surprised with the application for the high end brush. It works well with a lot of information provided. Just a question I have : Would it be possible to have for future two users for the same hand held device with obviously two brush heads? Thank you
I am very impressed with the app that works with the brush to enable you to do a proper job at brushing your teeth. Extremely helpful and provides great feedback on how you are doing.
This product has taught me the proper pressure required to properly clean my teeth. Utilizing my previous manual brush I was brushing too agressively and was having sore bleeding gums. Using the sonicare for 1 1/2 months I no longer have sore or bleeding gum. Thank you for developing this amazing product.
I bought 2 Phillips Sonic last Sep. Both of them have some problem after serval months. The handles’ noises are so loud and I contact to Phillips. The solved problem very quick and send me the new one to replace. Hopefully the new one and stay longer coz the warranty only has 2 yrs cover.
