It was great when I first got it. After about a month, it stopped working properly. My partner helped me troubleshoot the issue and went to the support website, but it didn't help. What happened that it stopped vibrating the same way when I first got it. Changed the settings, tried to rest it. A lot of money for a product that doesn't last long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this toothbrush. It’s feels sturdy and will probably last me for a long time. I love that it comes wth a glass as well.
The sonic technology felt weird at first but I quickly got used to it. After my first use it felt like the kind of clean you would get at the dentist. It’s amazing!
You can download an app to track your brushing. The only thing is that you have to open the app every time in order to get detailed info about your brushing (I.e. where you put too much pressure and places you missed). Otherwise it’ll just log in that you used the brush but there’s no detailed info.
I wish there was a way it could track all the detailed info without me having to open my phone each time.
Overall I love my new toothbrush.
Pros: comfortable, nice design, comes with glass and travelling case and 3 brushes
Cons: wish the brush tracks detailed info when offline

I Absolutely Love this Toothbrush, my Teeth Feel so Clean After a Brushing. The App is fun and easy to use, it's also good for showing spots you might have missed.

the app on my phone doesn't always match up with where I am brushing in my mouth. The product cleans very well it's more an issue with the app not identifying where I have brushed my teeth so it appears as though I have missed areas, which I have not. It charges well and definitely provides a good cleaning. Another feature that would be good that my old toothbrush has is a warning vibrate or light for the last 10 seconds instead of just stopping.
Pros: deep clean, length of charge
Cons: app accuracy on brushing location, no warning for when you're almost done
