My teeth feel cleaner after using this toothbrush compared to a normal toothbrush. It is quite expensive but will last you a life time.
Pros: cleaner feeling teeth and gums
Cons: quite bulky

A step backwards...for the travel case

My husband and I originally had the Philips sonicare diamond clean. We loved them! We especially loved the fact that they came with a rechargeable USB travel case! When the new smart Philips sonicare diamond clean came out “Santa” brought us all new ones! We are very pleased with the app, the new handle and brush heads, however, we were extremely disappointed that the travel case no longer has charging capabilities! Why the step backwards? It’s the only thing that’s keeping us from giving this five stars.
Pros: interactive app, smart brush heads, sensor for overly aggressive brushing, ability to liaise with my dentist
Cons: travel case no longer has usb, travel case can no longer recharge handle.

Decent toothbrush

It’s a good toothbrush. Much less aggressive then other brands. The only disappointing thing is that it doesn’t include the quadpacer, which is a really nice feature, and included in other models. There’s an app, but there are certain aspects on life when personally I don’t want to use an app. And brushing my teeth is one of them. But the quadpacer is one of the few features I look for when buying an electric toothbrush. Overall, nice brush. Just disappointing that they’d leave out a key feature like that.

Excellent Toolbrush

This is my second diamond brush, as I gave my 1st still working one to my son to use. This has helped stop my gum recession. My teeth always feel clean in between dental cleanings. Travel case is very handy.

I've aways used Sonicare. This product is pricey if you don't use the app. but want the other features included. All in all a good product.
Pros: comfortable and easy to use.
Cons: no usb travel case for pricey model.

Have used Sonicare for years and always liked them. Don't find the app that user friendly or accurate and since I don't take my phone to the washroom with me, it's a little expensive for paying for extra features not used. Haven't figured out how to see the 'pressure' option info. For the cost of this model, I'd expect the USB travel charger case.
Pros: comfortable and easy to use.
Cons: app not easy; no usb travel case w/2nd best model.

Like my title it feels really nice. I'm getting use to the app usage at the same time as brushing...especially in the morning when I am usually running behind.
I do love it because it reaches those are to get places in the back of my mouth, the only thing is it doesn't have that fresh feeling in the end. Maybe I need to use more toothpaste? Although using more only gets messier. Still trying to figure it out.
Pros: feels like a cleaning from the dentist
Cons: can't seem to get the 'fresh' taste

Still the best after all these years!

This is the 4th Sonicare toothbrush I bought since the first one purchased in 2006. This one by far is the best one and I really enjoy using it. I like the new design of the base of the toothbrush which does not trap dirt and grime. Sonicare really gives you a clean and refreshing feel after you brush your teeth. The only complaint or problem I can find is the body of the toothbrush which is made of quite slippery material and is hard to hold on sometimes. Overall, I highly recommend this toothbrush.
Pros: great charger with/without cup, stylish, cleans well, helpful app
Cons: slippery handle, pricey toothbrush heads
