[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this toothbrush because I’ve purchased 3 other ones in the past. Unfortunately this model is one the worst ones I’ve owned. It don’t keep its charge and does not meet the standards of Phillips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Who designed this charger???

The toothbrush itself is great, but who was the genius who designed this charger??!! It’s the most annoying charger ever. My brush falls from it every time I try to charge. Now I have to lean it on the wall so I won’t get home and see my brush on the floor. This product needs a new charger!

Old sonicare toothbrush lasted 5 years. The new one lasted only 7 months before it stopped working completely. Not just a dud either as my SO has the same toothbrush and his only holds a charge for 5 days. The old toothbrush held a charge much longer. Not worth the extra money and hassle
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Toothpaste residue can build up around the power button. The residue is causing the power button to get stuck and not turn on. We recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. You can always leave your toothbrush on the charger to avoid this from happening again. We recommend charging the toothbrush by using the original charger that came with your toothbrush. Ensure the charger is not placed on a metal surface or near other chargers, as this may cause interference while charging.

Great Toothbrush

I had the original sonicare toothbrush, and this is definitely an improvement. Vibration is way stronger, and I feel my teeth are a lot cleaner. Deep Clean mode is a must as well. Phone app is alright, but I didn't expect too much from a smart toothbrush as of now.
Pros: strong vibrations, many modes, holds a long charge
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is pretty eye-opening. Using it’s Bluetooth technology and application on my phone I have learned that after 40 years of brushing my teeth I brush them way too hard. This toothbrush and app will let you know whether you’re using too much pressure or moving the head too quickly. There are at times connectivity issues and I wish the app kept your history but other than that I have no complaints and would purchased this again

Great improvement on an already great product

I was thrilled to receive a FREE Philips DiamondClean Smart HX9903/01 tooth brush in exchange for trying it and writing this review!
I have purchased a few Sonicare toothbrushes and have been using one twice a day for about 20 years and I love this product. I didn't care for my teeth very well in my youth and had lots of cavities, root canals, and crowns. In the decades since I began using Sonicare I have had maybe 2 or 3 small cavities and my gums have remained very healthy, especially for someone 55 years of age. My dentists and hygienists always compliment the health of my teeth. Cleanings are a breeze! I am a believer in Sonicare!
The new brush heads for different areas of focus are wonderful. And the glass as charger is ingenious. I only wish I had the model with the travel case/charger that plugs into a USB port. What a great idea. And connecting to the app to gauge progress is another new plus that I am enjoying.
The only small thing I find that might be improved is the placement of the control on the unit. Occasionally i accidentally change the setting with my pinky finger while brushing.(Maybe because I'm left-handed?) Not a big deal, though.
I probably would have bought this product eventually when my current Sonicare finally wears out. They last so long it would be a while. I would recommend it to anyone!
Pros: lightweight, easy to use, keeps teeth and gums healthy
Cons: control placement can allow pinky to change......., ....setiings unintentionally during brushing
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this brush for a couple of days now, and I am loving it. Good design, very easy to use, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Pros: good design, travel case, wireless charging, great app, says if you are brushing too hard, charging glass
Cons: it’s a little unstable when you sit it down, expensive brush replacements
I would recommend this to a friend!
