My teeth feel clean and look clean! My dentist highly recommended this toothbrush. Only snafu: the Bluetooth doesn’t like to connect right away. Have to turn it off and back on. It also doesn’t read the right side brushing in real time.

Toothbrush and charger are great, App has some issues

1. The toothbrush is great and the charging arrangement (inductive) is excellent. I travel a lot and being able to charge in the travel case over a USB is a perfect solution. It also keeps the brush nice and clean as there is no oxidation going on.
2. The app has a prototype feel about it. I get frequent requests to upgrade the app when there is no upgrade available. It is hard to find the upgrade path. It is slow to connect to the toothbrush when you start brushing. I don't believe that the coverage is correct - I have played games where I double up on one area and completely avoid another area and the app does not reflect that. I have pretty much stopped using the app.

Makes for healthier teeth in an innovative way

I really loved how the toothbrush cleaned my teeth. I felt like it was able to get into crevasses better than any other toothbrush I've ever had. It had several settings on the level of intensity you could choose. I did feel like the highest setting was too intense on my teeth so I had to scale back. But the multiple settings is really convenient to have. Something else that was kind of "wow factor" was the cup that it came with that hooked up to the charger. That's something I feel is very innovative and sets this toothbrush apart from the competition. After 10 days of using this toothbrush, my gums felt healthier and looked less red. Also, my teeth looked more bright and white, I could definitely tell a difference over using a standard toothbrush. Overall, I would absolutely, 100% recommend this toothbrush.

This is my fourth upgrade in 12 years of using the Sonicare range and the best yet...everything about it is exudes quality.
On the negative side the price of replacement heads is exorbitant and the app guidance more of a gimmick than a useful tool

I absolutely loved this toothbrush! I purchased one for myself and the next day I bought one for my sister's birthday. She loves hers just as much as I do. I get the deepest clean without him irritation and the customizable settings are awesome.
