I got this as a christmas gift and loved it the first couple of weeks since it reminds me to floss and rinse in the morning and evening. only one complaint the bluetooth doesnt easily connect to my phone. I usually have to restart my phone to get to work which is annoying.
Pros: multiply heads, carry case
Cons: bluetooth almost never connects

Ever since I started using Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart Sonic electric toothbrush I noted change in my gums. My dentist also confirmed with last cleaning that my gums are healthier and the hygienist reported less scaling/time needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The app is driving me crazy when showing me which quadrant to brush, let's say it starts with upper right outside then it goes to the front then the upper left then inner left then goes to the bottom teeth, but then the timer runs out before it ever goes back to the upper inside.
That and it's really awkward to have my phone in my opposite hand while holding the toothbrush in the other.
Cons: very awkward to have my phone in my opposite hand

Best Sonicare so far

I have been using Sonicare electric toothbrushes for over 15 years. Every model has had some upgrades and this is absolutely by far the best one i have ever had. I have been using this one for a little over a week now and the cleaning is amazing. It is easy to maneuver in my mouth. The whitening of my teeth is clearly visible after only a few days of use. My teeth feel clean and smooth and shiny. It feels like after a professional cleaning. I should mention that i received a free sample to use for this review.
The design is sleek and sexy.
The Sonicare has different settings: clean, white+, gum health and deep clean. It’s very easy to switch modes by pressing the button located under the power button. The same button also changes the intensity of the cleaning. Included are special heads to perform the specific task you set it to do. The brush heads are not labeled and that would have been helpful. The brush is also very quiet.
The brush has built in Bluetooth. You can download the Sonicare app to your smartphone and pair it with your toothbrush. The app will help you with your brushing technique. It will alert you as to what spots you missed or where to brush a little longer. I used it for a few days until I understood which spots I needed to focus on more. Definitely good information to have. When turned on the brush pauses every 30 seconds to alert you to move to a different part of your mouth.
The glass charger is elegant in a bathroom. It is large and heavy and not a good option if you want to take this on the road. It also lacks a USB connector, everything has that nowadays and that would have solved the travel issue. The Glass charges older Sonicare models to, that’s a plus.
This is a revolutionary Toothbrush with great cleaning performance and I can only recommend it.

If you own one of those 10 dollar electric toothbrushes you're just kidding yourself about toothbrushing and cleaning effectiveness. This Philips Sonicare DiamondClean blows those other brands out of the water. I will never go back to one of those 10 dollar toothbrushes again. Best toothbrush ever.

I am a 20 year old college student and my aunt bought me the Phillips Sonicare 9500 in black and I love it. At first I thought she was crazy for spending almost 300 dollars on a toothbrush, but honestly it’s amazing. My teeth haven’t ever felt cleaner and everyone is always complimenting me saying that my teeth are so white.

I really like this brush and how easy it is to use. My only complaint is that it does not always mark where I am brushing. I sometimes have to redo spots for them to be recognized. Other than that I really like it.
