Loved it. For the year it worked.

My old hx6710 is still going strong, but the motors gave out in both of my more expensive models after right around year. Just started making a really weird noise, and my hub, who is an electrician, took one apart, and kinda fixed it...but fairly sure my mad tinkerer nullified my warranty. Still, sonicare is my fave toothbrush ever. It is like a trip to the dentist for a cleaning, without the trip part. My youngest son’s brushing skills went up by about 500% because of sonicare, also a plus!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third Sonicare toothbrush. They have sure come a long way.
This has been a change for me with this toothbrush, it seems that I can't get a good control with it, due to it's smooth exterior surface of the handle, it slides in my hand and I have to keep readjusting. It is a quality product as always, I just don't like exterior finish.

Awesome product as expected but …

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lost my nearly 10 yo Phillips tooth brush (can’t remember the model as the model numbers are very confusing). This newer model is fantastic. I would give 5 stars but the brush guide is EXTREMELY LIMITING. Who brushes their teeth in the pattern that the app expects? Not me. Because of this sever limitation I rarely use the app and could have benefited just as well with a cheaper model. Sorry but I will never spend this much money again for features that I will rarely use!

Battery life is not so great, and limited charging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an older model. I’m surprised that the battery on my new toothbrush only lasts about a week at a time. If I am traveling for a longish trip, I’ll have to take the charging glass with me. Btw, the glass charger is great at home, but will a inconvenience when traveling.

Let's see if we can bring it back to life for you! To test if it is a charger related issue, could you fully charge your Sonicare 24 hours with the glass charger and then test. If there are no results, then could you try the same with the charging case? Can you also make sure that the power button and surrounding area is cleaned thoroughly. Toothpaste residue can build up in this area and cause the power button to not function correctly. We hope these tips will help resolve the issue.

The 9300 can only be used by one person

Diamond Clean smart 9300

Who designed this charger???

The toothbrush itself is great, but who was the genius who designed this charger??!! It’s the most annoying charger ever. My brush falls from it every time I try to charge. Now I have to lean it on the wall so I won’t get home and see my brush on the floor. This product needs a new charger!
