First , the disclaimer that I received a new Sonicare 9300 Diamond clean smart to test for free.
I have to admit to already being a big fan of sonicare products. I had the original product till it fail d to charge and followed that up with what I thought was the 'bomb' the Healthy White model that I've had for about 3 years... However when I received the 9300 I've got to say I was impressed first with the color - seeming hides the stubborn stains that occur after years of use all of the other ones I've owned were/are white.
The Diamond clean is more than a simple step up, the handle etc seems to fit my hand better..initially couldn't say that it cleaned better as I received it after having returned from a dental appointment that included a deep cleaning so...I had to really give it a test and test I did...my normal routine was to use the phillips once sometimes twice a day - I brush at least 3 times sometimes four, cavity prone, yes paranoid want to keep my teeth as well mouth health leads to general health...back to the mouth and the unit...It works better (didn't think that possible), the feel , the hum and the movement did a better job, ergonomics, massages my gums like no other product has...my mouth felt brighter and cleaner after I used it for a couple of days, I am totally impressed- I'M A BELIEVER, IT REALLY WORKS!

The DiamondClean Smart toothbrush has helped me to identify areas that I need to concentrate on when brushing my teeth. I had no idea that certain areas of my teeth needed extra care. I use the app every time I brush. I have the black Sonicare and it looks great on my bathroom counter. I’m so happy I purchased this toothbrush.

I have been using Sonicare for about 12 years now. I decided to upgrade to the diamond clean with the app because I was trying to get an even better clean. I never have issues at the dentist, but still want a better clean.
The toothbrush does great, just as expected. The Bluetooth, not so much. I found that I have to hold my phone in certain spots while brushing for the app to see where I am brushing. It makes it so that I either have to stop brushing with the app thinking I need to brush better in spots or I have to brush those spots again to have the app show a total clean.
Overall the brush is great. Just wish the app/Bluetooth were better.

This unit works better than the older models. I especially like the Bluetooth feature. The brushing seems to do a better job as well in dislodging food particles from your teeth.

Update: Still loving this toothbrush and all its features. Some times it does take some time for it to connect with the app. Other than that, it's great.
I absolutely love this toothbrush. I already own the Diamond clean and love it, but it was lacking some features. This toothbrush makes up for everything it was lacking. I love that with this one I can turn it off without going through each mode or waiting for the 2 minute brushing cycle. It automatically chooses the mode that I need based on the brush head and it also changes the intensity. I love the app, it makes for a more complete brush, by showing me where I my need to brush more and allows for a touch up in those areas. Unlike the Diamond Clean HX9332/05 this one has a tongue care mode, which was my only real issue with the original. My mouth feels so much cleaner. Even though i was required to review this toothbrush, I would have reviewed aways, because I absolutely love everything about it. Especiall the color. I was provided with a sample DiamondClean Smart as a prize in a contest for sharing feedback about the product.

This is the best Philips Sonicare toothbrush yet. It’s only been a few weeks and I’m already seeing a huge difference in my gum health. Even after the first brush, my entire mouth felt cleaner. I swear by this toothbrush. Now I just need to purchase an Air Flosser. If only Philips would send me a coupon to induce me to make the purchase!
