My teeth feel cleaner

In the interest of full disclosure, I received a free sample of this product in exchange for agreeing to write a review.
This product cleaned my teeth very well. My mouth felt cleaner after using it and my teeth was visibly whiter after a few days of use.
I enjoyed the link-up with my smartphone where the app shows the spots I missed.
The product was easy for me to assemble.
This product surpassed my expectations because the design is aesthetically pleasing, the handle and heads are sturdy, and the smartphone app is intuitive.
Overall, this product has provided me with an almost enjoyable experience brushing my teeth. I feel like I am getting my teeth even more clean than before.
I would recommend this product to family, friends, and others based on my experience.

Hi-tech but easy to use

As part of a Focus Group, I received a free Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart HX9903/01 toothbrush in exchange for an honest review. I had been using the Sonicare Elite toothbrush for the last 5 years so was curious to see how technology advanced. Right out of the box I was impressed. It was much more powerful than the Elite. Yes it tickles a little at first but it has an intensity setting from low to medium to high. You can personalize to your liking. I did discover when it`s on high intensity, toothpaste goes flying. Regardless the setting, the end result is a superior clean feeling. Many can relate to it as the way your teeth feel when you leave your dentist`s office. The handle is also quite comfortable in the hand. One of the best features is the charging system. Unlike the old plastic charging bases, IT`S A REAL GLASS !!! It rests atop a metal charging base and has a groove in the bottom so the toothbrush sits within it. Easy to clean and you can also use the glass to rinse. It also comes with 3 different brush heads (Premium Plaque Control, Premium Gum Care and Premium White). Sounds confusing but it has a Smart brush head recognition which communicates with the toothbrush handle - GENIUS ! It`s like no other product I`ve ever used. It also comes with a sleek travel case. And for those who enjoy technology, it is Bluetooth enabled with real-time feedback of just how well you brush (do you miss areas or spend too much time on one area?). Very cool! However if you follow the brushing modes, it breaks your mouth down to segments and will beep when time to move to next segment. Therefore you will achieve the best oral hygiene. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the design/quality of the travel cap. I prefer using this after each use, not just for travel, but it does not fit perfectly. The cover to the Elite toothbrush slides over nicely, staying secure and sanitary. I tried to see if interchangeable but unfortunately not. All in all, I absolutely love my Philips DiamondClean system.

I use the other brand with the round brush. It did a good job but after making the switch. I strongly feel that the Philips gives together clean that touch feel after brushing plus the overall feel and handling of the brush is alot better.
Pros: better brush, better clean feeling, better built handle
Cons: app is not that great, no charging travel case, replacement brush over priced, need a better charging stand vs the glass

This is a great toothbrush. It is my second Sonicare and this one has a few more features, such as it pairing it with you cell phone. It reminds you where to brush,not pushing to hard and even to floss and rinse. My last toothbrush just stopped working after less than two years but I still decided to give it another try which I am glad I did. My dental hygienist very strongly recommends Philips Sonicare and I do trust her.

A very impressive product that brings oral health in line with the technological age

The Philips DiamondClean Smart HX9903/21 in my opinion is an excellent system for oral health. I should note that I received a free sample of this product in order to review it as a consumer. This is the most futuristic toothbrush I have ever used. It has so many great, modern features-the technology is in line with the rest of the technology I use in my daily life. My two favorite features are the charging cup and the interactive app. The charging cup blew me away because it is so much easier to keep the brush charged when all you have to do is place it in a cup and it connects to the charging mechanism automatically. The app that the brush comes with is so cool because it really helps you keep track of your oral health in multiple ways. The sensors in the toothbrush connect to the app via Bluetooth, and then you are given personalized information to help maintain clean and healthy teeth and gums. The brush also comes with three different brush heads that are designed to target specific concerns. For example, my gums have always been a problem area, so I was most fond of the premium gum care brush head. The brush also comes with a plaque control brush head and a premium whitening brush head. I was very impressed with the fact that the brush holds a charge for 14 days, which comes in handy for travel. The carrying case is great for travel as well, because it is small and does not take up a lot of room, making it easy to pack and bring on vacation. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this toothbrush, and I would recommend it positively to anyone.

I had my eye on this toothbrush for a long time before I upgraded from my previous Sonicare toothbrush and I've never looked back. I was always a fan but this toothbrush has me loving sonicare more than ever. The setting options are great and the app helps me keep track of my skills. Overall, a great investment, my dentist will be proud!
