I bought an original Sonicare in 1994, and have used it until about 1 month ago, when I got the DiamondClean. The original had the 2 minute timer and that was it. This thing, wow - more bells and whistles than my computer. I love the pacer feature, and when I use it, I can see that I wasn't getting each area as clean as possible before. I love the coaching feature, and kind of smile that I can no longer brush my teeth without my phone. Absolutely love the charger, and that I can put the glass in the dishwasher and get it sanitized. My phone reminds me to floss, scrub and use mouthwash, and gives me advice to improve technique, like watching my pressure. Just amazing.
Pros: sonicare app, choice of brushing timers, brush wear warnings
Cons: the handle is a little long for my hand

I received a free sample of this toothbrush and I really like it. Easy to use and the app was convenient. I liked that the toothbrush cleaned my teeth well and had an appropriate amount of vibration while brushing. Also, my teeth definitely look whiter since I've been using this toothbrush.
This toothbrush comes with three additional heads and a carrying case which is great when traveling. Overall, this toothbrush is the best electric toothbrush I've ever used and would recommend to everyone.

Using the little manuel as a guide, it's very hard to order additional brushes for this product.

I believe that you need pictures with color to order replacement or additional tooth brush heads. Since 2 people in the household will be using this toothbrush the 3 heads you sent are inadaquate.
