I love that I get immediate feedback on pressure and spots I've missed. I didn't give it a 5 because it's a bit finicky to get the brush to connect with my phone.
Pros: great feedback
Cons: difficult to connect with phone

The only wish I had was a booklet explaining about the light that comes on while brushing my teeth. Also, where can I get the heads for the brush itself. A book explaining would have been appreciated.

I received a free product of this toothbrush to review, and I was not sure what to expect when it arrived. Things that the product does well- the interchangeable heads on the toothbrush are easy to use, they clean differently and uniquely, the toothbrush is quiet, easy to assemble, and seems to be made of quality materials. I like the charging cup and the travel case. I like how clean and smooth my teeth feel after brushing. I like how quiet the toothbrush is while operating.
Things I would change about the product- I would add a pause feature so that if you need to spit while brushing you could. I would make the 'beeping' noise between mouth sections a bit louder so that you know for sure that you are supposed to go to the next section of teeth. I would make the toothbrush head slightly larger so it could cover the teeth and gums a bit better, but that might be a personal preference.
Overall, I am impressed with this product. I feel that my gums are becoming healthier and my teeth are cleaner than they would be with just a regular toothbrush. I really like the options of different heads- clean teeth, whitening, or gum health. I can use different ones at different times depending on what I need. I would recommend this product to others.

I received this brush for free. It is definitely an upgrade from my sonicare flexcare and diamond clean. I love the design and the light on the bottom of the toothbrush handle. It is one of the best brushes out there.
Pros: easy to use, nice design
Cons: easy to break if dropped

After receiving the complimentary Phillips DiamondClean Smart Sonic Electric Toothbrush I agreed to test and review, I was impressed. I have used Phillips electric toothbrushes for years and have always been pleased but now I like this one better than the Phillips i was currently using.. It is more powerful, has a larger brush head and the charger is easier to maintain. The charger on this toothbrush is a plastic cup that you sit the toothbrush in for charging. It is easy to clean the base and there does not seem to be the hard water build up that I have experienced in the past on the base of my charger.
Overall I rate this product highly to anyone considering buying an electric toothbrush. It has definitely improved my oral hygiene.
Pros: stronger, larger brush head, easy to maintain, easy to charge

This is my second Philips sonicare toothbrush and I feel (cannot validate quantitatively) that it does an even better job cleaning than the earlier model. It looks good, feels good while cleaning, and has some nice features that enable it to do even more than you might expect. One note, though, is the odd choice to require you to place your toothbrush in a glass cup to charge. Not a huge problem, but odd.
Pros: stylish, easy to use, good controls
Cons: you need to charge it in a glass cup
