[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the brush a lot. BUT... the fact that the app can't pair with more than one toothbrush is ridiculous. We have two homes. Your app makes me repair every time, and then you lose all your stats and counting down to replacement of the toothbrush. Because of that hassle, I've stopped using the app (just not worth having to repair twice a week), so I'm not getting the benefit of the app telling me where I'm missing brushing, etc. I actually bought 2 of those counters bus drivers use to count riders -- I am using those to count to 180 on each toothbrush. If you fixed the app, this toothbrush would be perfect.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and limited mobility so sometimes brushing can be difficult but the automatic brush and visual aspect on the phone greatly assists me.
Easy to use with the app! I do like knowing how much pressure is needed or if I’m moving to fast. I’m concerned that the metal rod which goes into the brush head might break off when replacing to a new head. This happened to my precious Philips sonicare but willing to give this new brush another chance.
