The connection and syncing to the app is not good

The toothbrush itself works well, and I love the technology and innovation behind it, and the design is good as well. However, to use the full potential of the brush, it requires use of the app, which constantly needs syncing and/or fails half way through a brush job, so then I don't get the benefits intended. The other part of the app that is frustrating is requiring location settings to be turned on. I don't see why that is necessary, if my bluetooth function is turned on.

This Product will whiten your teeth three shades in two uses.

When I used this toothbrush the first two times my teeth whitened three shades. Amazing technology! Looking forward to the improved overall dental hygiene. Easy to used and 14 day battery life, outstanding!
Pros: whitens teeth stimulates gum health.
Cons: can make your gums and lips raw if settle too long

Love this toothbrush! I see a difference in my plaque. I always have it badly brushing all the time and flossing and this toothbrush has made my plaque build up so minimal now. This makes me happy as I hate going to the dentist! I have sensitive spots in my mouth and this does not bother it at all! Thanks Sonicare for such a great product!

I had a sonic system years ago and finally failed, I have been looking for something similar and read about this product. It had everything I was looking for and more. I can keep trach of how it is working on my teeth, and were it needs to work harder on. The apps helps a lot in tracking the effort and I can change the operation from the different settings.
Pros: the timing of each brushing operation., if more brushing is needed just continue., two different charging setups.

I love the app feature that gives you tips on technique and tells you area a you missed. My teeth look whiter and never felt so clean. It’s like coming from the dentist after each brushing.
Pros: whiter teeth, clean feeling, app, traveling case with charger
