[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dentist recommended changing toothbrushes from the Oral B to the Phillips Diamond clean and I have to admit that it works better at removing plaque off teeth making for a superior clean.

I like how the product performance but I must admit that I don't use the the WIFI features of this toothbrush or my printer. When I sleep WIFI is off and my computer sleeps as well.
I like the long battery life because I find charging at motels inconvenient. I like the indicator of pressing too hard and the indicator to change my brush head. My car tells me when to change the oil.
Pros: the very best cleaning
Cons: may have more features than needed

You would be surprised at how white this toothbrush actually makes your teeth. You can tell a big difference after just one use. It is worth every penny and you will not regret buying it.

Different mouth in 3 months

I admit that my oral care was lacking. I brushed daily and nightly. But I felt that my mouth wasn’t 100. I had bleeding gums due to not flossing daily. One of the features that I absolutely love is that you can set it to ease you into the full power of the brush! And it’s very easy to turn off the ease into it stage! The full power of the brush is amazing. This brush make me mouth feel great! I can’t wait for my next dentist appointment!
Another thing that’s quite amazing, no more globs of toothpaste wasted. When using a manual brush and you spit, there’s always a glob of toothpaste that wasn’t used! With this brush you don’t spit you just keep brushing for the full 2+ minutes. And then spit, there’s no globs of wasted toothpaste!!!
Pros: don’t have to charge often, pressure warning light, the amazing app
Cons: kinda expensive

Wouldn’t Turn On or Charge

I literally have unplugged and replugged the toothbrush several times, tried different outlets, updated the app, cleaned the charging cup and more. My toothbrush still won’t turn on or charge and I’ve been using it for around a month. It displays a yellowish-green light whenever I put it in the charging cup. It says it has “full battery” yet doesn’t TURN ON!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could you confirm that you’ve tried charging your toothbrush for 24 hours straight, perhaps even using a different type of Sonicare charger, i.e. the travel case? Sometimes toothpaste builds up around the power button: could you kindly try to clean that area with a damp cloth?

I was pleasantly surprised with the Philips DiamondClean electronic toothbrush. After just fours uses on the deep clean setting with the brushes, the stains on my bottom back molars are gone. I should mention this product was sent to me to sample for this review.
I have not missed a dental appointment in 8 years. A result of my daily coffee habit has left my fillings on my bottom molars with dark stains on the edges. My hygienist always thinks the stains on my white fillings are cavities. She will be happy to see that these stains are gone!
Overall, I give the Philips DiamondClean an excellent rating. Its metallic-colored sleek design, attractive packaging, and incredible cleaning power are why I chose to give this product the highest rating.
Pros: the app! points out areas i missed.

Premium price, lower value

The base model DiamondClean comes with a USB charging travel case, this one doesn't. And even though they both have a nice glass charging cup, they're not compatible! I do like the separate buttons for power and mode, but stick with the DiamondClean model, not worth extra $ for this.

Great Experience Overal

I really enjoy my new toothbrush it makes me want to brush my teeth more and it is invigorating to feel so clean and fresh in the morning and evening. I just wish it had the two-week charge like the product information said it had. Because mine lasts about 10 days and that is not two weeks. I travel two weeks at a time and it would be so nice to not have to bring a charger with me or worry about it dying.
Cons: battery life
