for the first year i had this, it was fine, and my dentist said it was helping a lot with my gum, but after the first year, it rarely connects to the same iphone 6.
Purchased after recommendation from dentist to purchase an electric tooth brush. Does a good job. I have bonded lingual and can see the difference it makes.
works 10 X better than any other electric toothbrush I have had before ! Even the dentist noticed I really like the charging glass and it holds a charge for over two weeks

Toothbrush is too sensitive to allow proper cleaning of teeth

The sensitivity setting that flags too much pressure by the user does not allow enough pressure for cleaning. I tried it for a couple of weeks and my mouth and teeth felt unclean relative to what I was able to achieve with the regular "not" smart 9300. I returned the product and purchased a regular Sonicare 9300 and am back to normal. The Smart 9300 simply precludes a cleaning as satisfactory as the regular 9300.

I think that the crystal glass that comes with toothbrush for holding it during recharging is weird. Why not just use a charger that holds toothbrush in place instead of crystal glass that makes it difficult to use for travel?

I've had my brush just over the warranty period and it's already broken! The metal post came off of the body when I was changing the brush head. I was also already starting to notice the battery draining very fast. For such an expensive product, you would think it would last longer.
