I received the DiamondClean toothbrush for review. I really like the modern and easy way to charge the toothbrush by simply putting it in the glass that comes with it! The sleek design is cool! Also being able to choose what your oral care goals are and simply using the correct brush head. I was impressed that you can travel with your toothbrush and recharge it with the included case that connects thru a USB plug. The app you can use is helpful in helping you to reach your oral goals by pinpointing better brushing. Really like all the new features. Our last Sonic toothbrush is still going strong for over 10 years now. A worthwhile investment.

I like the product although the app is misleading in that it doesn't properly record brushing coverage which leads the app to recommend additional brushing resulting in shortening the life of the brushes which is a major cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't hold onto it!

Why a toothbrush that will be used WET with TOOTHPASTE comes in a super smooth surface that gets as slippery as an oiled pig is beyond me. There are not even any indentations except the on-off switch and mode switch, so those don't help. I keep having to use my other hand to push up the bottom to keep my hand from slipping up to the brush head. I'm new to a sonic toothbrush and the vibrations definitely irritate any sensitive teeth. Weird sensation. Hoping I'll get used to it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend activating the Easy-Start feature, so the Sonicare's vibrations are more gently. To do this, please hold the mode/ intensity button and by pressing the power button once while on the charger. The handle will beep twice to confirm it is enabled. Love the way it cleans

I've been using Sonicare for years. Had about five of them. My mouth feels clean and refreshed after use. I purchased three units in the past 2 months I purchased a 9300 for my son , another for my grandson and I also purchased a 9700 for myself.
