[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my DiamondClean toothbrush. I do think the guided brushing could be improved, as it never seem to fully track my brushing. It may also be that the app does not take into consideration left handed brushing. Otherwise it is working great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used a manual brush for all my life. Thought an electric brush was a joke and worthless. Even when both of my kids have an electric toothbrush they love. After hearing my gum line was deteriorating and teeth becoming more sensitive. I decided to get an electric toothbrush. Been using it for a few months now. Let me say I’m converted from a nonbeliever to a Big Believer/Fan. My teeth haven’t felt so good, clean or looked so white in a very long time. I’ve always had dental teeth cleanings at the dentist.
As goofy as it sounds. Having the app to use and see while brushing teeth twice a day is helpful along with kind of fun to do each time. My teeth feel like I’ve just had my teeth cleaned at the dentist. It will be interesting to see what my dentist and hygienist say on my next cleaning. Last thing I can say is don’t be me, try out sooner than later. In my case it has been a surprising shock at how well I’ve liked it.

Questionable Reliability and Integradty

I recently experienced an unexpected turn of events with my Sonic Care toothbrush, which had been serving me reliably for a considerable period. Regrettably, its performance took an abrupt downturn, leaving me both puzzled and slightly disappointed.
My positive experience with the Sonic Care toothbrush came to an unexpected halt when it suddenly stopped working. Despite being fully charged, the toothbrush simply failed to turn on one morning. Troubleshooting attempts, including checking the charging base and ensuring proper connection, were futile. This abrupt failure left me surprised and somewhat inconvenienced, especially considering the investment I had made in this oral care device.
While my initial experience with the Sonic Care toothbrush was largely positive, the unforeseen breakdown of the device has undoubtedly left me with mixed feelings. The advanced cleaning technology and user-friendly features were commendable aspects of this toothbrush's design. However, the sudden malfunction is a significant point of concern, prompting me to question the durability and reliability of the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your toothbrush is not vibrating or not turning on, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution. Toothpaste residue can build up around the power button. The residue is causing the power button to get stuck and not turn on. We recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth.

worked well for a while but it wouldn't turn on after 7 months. Contacted service and said warranty is not covered when it clearly states 2 years. For this price it should last longer. Disappointed with quality and service. I still have all these expensive brush heads and no toothbrush.
