Wish I had seen the non-travel brush before I purchased the one I did. Not a fan of glass charger and it took me awhile to get the brush head on the basre--was very difficult. but then have RA so han;ds don't work th best. LIke the cleaning aspect very much and will find out in a week or 2 how well it has worked since started using it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm a longtime Sonicare user. Last year I upgraded to the Diamond Clean Smart pink brush. For the second time in a year the settings button won't work. I've used a toothpick to clear out accumulating toothpaste that get trapped under the button and it still does not respond when I press. Frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Found this needs to be plugged directly into socket, no multi sockets. Worse design for glass tumbler resting on charging platform , slides off easily and afraid it will break on granite counter. Hope this gives feedback for redesign, thanks!

Broke after 6 months - pending replacement

This cleaned my teeth much better than my old sonicare that was 8+ years old. Was very happy with it, until one day the metal shaft broke. I worry that it's not as durable as previous products, even thought we paid a premium price. Will update my review if they cover everything under warranty, but a word of caution that this may not be as durable as previous generations.

Money down the drain

I dropped it and it automatically stopped working. there wasn’t even a mark on the toothbrush but that shouldn’t of happened for the price. It’s completely useless now. This is the second tooth brush from Phillips and the first one just crapped out after a yesr.

We suggest you to charge your toothbrush atleast for 24 hours. Additionally, if your toothbrush powers on and the battery light indicators are lit, but there is no vibration, your toothbrush has internal damage.
