Good modes and smartbrushes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the different modes and brush pieces but my handle’s metal shaft did become shaky a few months in. It was quickly replaced by a nice support team. My main complaint would be the app isn’t 100% accurate with where the brush is hitting your teeth.

My teeth feel as clean as when I leave the dentist

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Diamond clean brush for about a month now and I found after just a few uses that my teeth seem as clean as after a formal cleaning by the dental hygienist. I also find myself using it twice a day as it is beautifully designed so I do not hide it in a drawer between uses so it does not slip my mind when in a hurry to get to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not light up from the bottom

Can’t reconnect to App

Toothbrush worked great in first 6 months and was initially easy to connect to app. I stopped using it for a while due to oral surgery. When I wanted to start using it again, it would not reconnect to the app no matter what I did. I deleted the app and reinstalled the app. I selected “forget this device” in Bluetooth then tried to start the connection process anew. Nothing has worked. Might as well have stuck with my grocery store battery-operated toothbrush. What a bummer that such an expensive device is so unreliable. Save your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy the various cleaning heads. Like that it keeps track of how many times each head is used and reorders replacement heads. The travel case being self contained is great.
