I love this mug. It is the perfect coffee thermos/mug with one caveat. It’s tough to open sometimes. The lid can be hard to grab and the seal sometimes comes off and falls in the coffee. Other than that I love its form factor, love the ceramic inside, love the black finish and it keeps coffee plenty warm for hours. I would recommend this to anyone with good grip strength.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our 4th fellow mug, hubby went from using one, to taking two to work so he can have an extra afternoon coffee. Pack them for work and church and travels - and the non-profit where I work got some branded. Everybody loves them!

Got compliments on the blue/dusk one. Works great. Easy to grip, and quickly twists closed (until it feels tight). The ceramic interior does absorb some odor from tea or coffee, so I just make sure to clean with a bit of soap and warm water after every use. Very easy to clean and my aero press just fits in the opening:)

I bought this 2 years ago and it has constantly leaked and spilled in my bag. This is now going in the garbage as it has ruined many bags.

Love the form of the mug, and the ceramic works very well for stopping flavors from soak into the cup! After a single pass though the dishwasher, though, the outer coating/paint is completely faded and spotted, and the mug looks cheap and old despite being brand new. If the coating is fading this quickly, my guess is it will also begin to chip off in the near future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a travel mug & Don’t overfill !!!

I Thought I was purchasing a travel mug , not a flask. After trying it out, and having another look at the website I saw I had ordered the wrong type. My mistake. I didn’t really want a flask, albeit a very well made one, I was looking for something I could use in my car. Also a shame it doesn’t come with a sip guard, which limits its use even more for me.It’s going in the cupboard I use to store all the things I’ll probably never use again.
Also, I scolded myself quite badly when filling up with hot coffee the first time. The (excellent) insulation is very thick in the screw top lid, and the first time I used it I poured too much hot coffee into the flask which scolded me as I tightened the lid.

They sit in the cupboard as purchased from America and can’t return without the cost of the item in postage so it’s pointless returning. Had no idea it would be so big, chunky and heavy (purchased 12oz) and not fit in any type of cup holder, hand barely fits round it so it’s useless to us. It’s just a really badly designed product.

Nice and keeps coffee hot like other carter. My husband likes the thicker one in the wide design. Doesn’t fit in my cup holder, but he puts it in his bag and takes it to work
