Good but smells and interferes with coffee taste

To be honest, the mug is water tight and very sturdy. The build quality is very good. It won't fit in your normal car cup holder though as it is already mentioned, so don't buy it for that purpose. But the interior of the mug has something wrong with it. It starts smelling and also interferes with your coffee taste just after couple of uses. I got a replacement for this issue but even the new mugs got the same issue so I won't recommend this mug at least for the coffee taste (I believe it is the most important thing anyone would want a mug), if you want just a watertight mug which holds your drinks warm for 6 hours plus then buy it.

Good but not great

I got the Carter Move Mug first and loved it. Decided to buy the Everywhere mug for the bigger capacity + compatibility with other Fellow products. The Everywhere mug is pretty much the same quality as the Move mug as far as I was concerned... except for one little detail that personally made a big difference - the silicone ring.
On the Move mug, the ring has a little cut out so that coffee/liquid don't get trapped inside the ring + the cut out made it easier to close and reopen the lid of the mug.
Whereas the Everywhere mug's ring does not have this cutout (at least mine didn't). 9 out of 10 times, the lid had so much liquid in/on it, no matter how much I shake and tap on the lid, there is always some left on the ring that will spill out onto the ground/clothes/etc. if I'm not extra careful. I also noticed that the Everywhere mug is much harder to close and reopen than the Move mug and one can only assume it's due to the silicone ring cut out as everything else about the mugs are identical.
Overall, the Everywhere mug to me is kind of a hassle to use compared to the Move mug. I really wish they would implement the ring upgrade on the Everywhere mug as that's the only thing preventing me from giving it a 5 star review.

Almost perfect cup)

This cup is probably one of the best I’ve ever had, except for a tiny issue. I’m not sure if I was just unlucky or if this is a common thing that happens to most people, but the paint on my cup started to come off on the third day of using it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this wide mug. Good for sipping my coffee at work. However, I am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 becasue the lack of splash guard causes coffee to get onto the lid and so when you unscrew the lid, coffee drips from the lid onto my hands and clothes, etc. I think Fellow should design a splash guard for the wide mug and that would help with this issue. Otherwise, I love the mug!

Did not realize the entire vessel is not porcelain lined. Keeps the coffee hot but still imparts that funky stainless steel taste due to the stainless edge and rim. Yuck.

These are so beautifully crafted. Form and function. Drinking from this mug is a joy. I absolutely love the design. They ship quickly and I live in the area, so delivery was lightning fast. I highly recommend these for your insulated mug needs. The wide mug is my preferred one to the Carter move that is narrower, but be aware the wide doesn’t fit in the standard car cup holder, while the Carter move does. Something about the 12oz Carter mug just feels so homey and cozy I like it best. If the lid is closed it fits well enough in my car cup holder not to worry if it tips, but definitely not open.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost the perfect mug

Well insulated as it keeps my drink warm overnight, cute color, modern design but that design hurts the product.
Almost every morning, I struggle for about 10 minutes trying to unscrew the mug because suction is created when you leave hot beverages in a sealed container such as these for long periods of time. If the lid had a different design or shape that allowed for easier gripping, there wouldn’t be this problem.
Also, the rubber seal on the inside of the lid sometimes gets pulled off when this happens. I’m not sure why they chose this sort of design as this means you would also have to wash this removable rubber seal or even risk losing it.

Poor warranty

I bought this mug two months ago to replace a smaller one. I loved my previous one so I expected to love the 16oz size as well. Despite hand washing, it often becomes discolored and now the outside finish has begun to chip near the lip. I was informed that the mug will not be replaced because the warranty is only for 30 days. Design and functionality is excellent, but the warranty doesn't match for a mug at this price point. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
