Messy lid, lots of drips

The lid drips everywhere, still haven’t figured out the way to take it off correctly without coffee and condensation going down the side. Frustrating because the rest is great minus non dishwasher safe

So-so, below expectations

This product is fine, though it performs below the expectations set by the listing.
For example, as of this moment, the online product description notes that the mug is "dishwasher safe." But the package I received indicates that it should be hand-washed, as dishwashing can discolor the coating. Sure enough, the first time I washed it -- on the top rack in a pretty ordinary dishwasher -- the coating did discolor. Also, while the description says it keeps liquids hot for 12 hours, I've found that after about six hours, hot coffee is just somewhat warm, and no longer satisfying. (It keeps coffee hot for about three hours.)
Neither of these problems is awful; as noted, the mug is just "fine." But I had expected more based on the description provided by Fellow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I did not think that drinking my beverages out of these would be a dream - but here we are. The design notes are so well thought out. The thin rim of the cup delivers my coffee to my mouth in such a perfect way...I use this as my sole drinking device for everything. EVERYTHING.
We’ve been in quarantine for months now, so I’m not even using this for its intended out-and-about purpose.
I’ve given all my other cups and mugs away. This is all I need.

Unfortunately, my Carter wide coffee mug came with an issue.The gasket was broken, causing a leakage during use.

Fantastic travel mug

This mug elevates the experience of bringing coffee to work. It is comforting and comfortable to hold and sip all morning. I didn’t think I’d feel very strongly about the thin lip design, but I love it. The ceramic coating and design appeal, including the warm corduroy red color, are nice touches. The best part is that I can make delicious coffee at home and transport it without worrying about spills from a failure point on a drinkable lid. Easy to wash out and dry on the rack for tomorrow. 10/10!

I love this mug. It is the perfect coffee thermos/mug with one caveat. It’s tough to open sometimes. The lid can be hard to grab and the seal sometimes comes off and falls in the coffee. Other than that I love its form factor, love the ceramic inside, love the black finish and it keeps coffee plenty warm for hours. I would recommend this to anyone with good grip strength.
