Utility fantastic - durability meh

3.5 really. I should never have travel mugs. I’m too obsessed about keeping them pristine. That said I expect a mug to make it thru a GENTLE hand washing without chipping (1st day). And then a big scratch after tipping over in a bench - didn’t fall, just tipped over on its side. Can’t anyone make a scratch proof mug? But for the purposes of keeping your drink hit or cold? Superb. The cubes in my iced coffee barely melt. I have to be careful not to put liquids that are too hot in it because it will NOT cool down. Not sorry I bought this but I wish esthetically it held up better.

My daughter suggested this as a Christmas gift for her because she has active toddlers and she won’t have to worry about them knocking her coffee mug over and spilling it. I imagine she’ll be happy with this gift.

I can’t express how awesome this mug is. It keeps your beverage hot for hours and looks cool. My most favorite part is the lid- it totally seals the mug so you can carry it in your bag and not worry about spilling.
I am a hairstylist and several of my clients have purchased this mug because I told them how awesome it was. Best mug ever!

Honestly, this is my favorite mug, hands down, but every time I pull it out of the cabinet after being stored lid off and cleaned thoroughly, the inside has this musty smell. This is my second mug. My comparable yeti is not spill proof nor is it as fun to drink out of, but the lid doesnt drip when pulled off and it doesnt stink, so I find myself gravitating to it more often when going on the road simply for less hassle.

When it works, it's awesome, but the amount of condensation when you take off the lid can make a dang mess. My preference is to let it ride without the lid, and it's a pleasure to drink from.

Excellent heat preservation, sealed seal and no leaks, good for coffee preparation in home, office, garden or public places. But its size is too large, I would not recommend using it while driving
