I cannot believe how long this cup keeps my drinks cold. Like, ICE cold in the arizona heat after being in my car for a few hours. It's super sleek, easy to toss into my bag for the day, and honestly is just the best to-go coffee cup I've ever owned.Can't wait to buy another.

I love how hot my tea stays in this mug! And if I don’t get to drink it right away, it is still hot hours later. I have been using mine every day for over two years, and it is still the same, amazing quality since day 1. This year I am giving some as Christmas gifts. I love this mug!

16 oz too wide

I first purchased the 12 oz which fit perfectly in my car and my hand. But I wanted a little more tea so I moved to the 16oz and was so did appointed it no longer fit in my car or hand! It seems illogical to make the item wider rather than taller. The height can vary without changing how one holds it but now this much wider mug is a bother to hold. I don’t have man hands. I think you should have thought about that. But maybe the width is more cost effective? Not so user friendly unfortunately.

It’s only the cutest insulated mug I’ve ever owned! I got the pink color and to be honest, the bottom is really well made but was a bit disappointed with the cap, at first it didn’t align well with the bottom so I got a replacement and the second product also was a bit iffy on the alignment. And for some reason, (only the cap) looks cheaper material than the black one we already had. But it holds the liquid temperature really well, no leak whatsoever so I’m using it every day.
